The Pegman is a family owned and operated business and is a division of Haynes Core Industries which also owns and operates H&D Building Supplies and Select Fasteners.

Based in Heatherbrae just off the Pacific Highway near the Raymond Terrace exit, the business is strategically located to service the eastern seaboard of Australia and particularly the broader Hunter Valley region, Central Coast, Sydney and surrounds and the mid-north coast of NSW.

The Haynes family have operated a timber mill for over 40 years and, during this time, have produced a wide range of specialised timber products for commercial applications.

We have been supplying surveyors, concreters, landscapers, nurseries and real estate agents with quality timber pegs and stakes for many years.

Our pegs are made by team with decades or woodworking experience and we’ve sold almost half a million pegs over the years and, based on this experience, our trusted timber suppliers and the special equipment we use, we firmly believe they are the best quality pegs on the market in Australia.

We deliver our pegs right across Newcastle and the Hunter including Maitland, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie and Cessnock. We also deliver to all parts of the Central Coast, Sydney and the Great Lakes and mid-North Coast region of NSW.
